Ingredients
  1. 100 grams of unsalted butter
  2. 1 1/2 tbsp of grounded dried stevia leaves (equivalent to 190 grams of white sugar)
  3. 3 eggs, separated
  4. 1/2 tsp. of vinegar
  5. 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract
  6. 1/2 tsp. of banana extract
  7. 360 grams of banana, mashed
  8. 100 grams of wholemeal/wholewheat flour
  9. 140 grams of cake flour
  10. 1/4 tsp. of salt
  11. 1 1/4 tsp. of baking powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced.
  2. Line parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together wholemeal, cake flour, and baking powder. Set aside.
  4. Mash bananas.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and vinegar until stiff peaks.
  6. In another mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter and stevia until light and creamy. Drizzle in egg yolks, vanilla extract and banana extract, continue beating until well combined.
  7. Stir in dry ingredients and mashed bananas into the mixture. Make sure that you do not overmix.
  8. Gently fold in egg whites a half at a time until evenly mixed.
  9. Transfer it into a loaf pan that has been greased and lined with parchment paper. Drop the pan to raise large air bubbles.
  10. Bake it in the oven for about 45 to 50 minutes.
  11. Let it cool in the pan for about 15 minutes and transfer on to the wire rack to further cooling.
  12. Serve.
Notes
  1. - If don't have cake flour, replace it with plain flour
  2. - Banana extract is optional

What we know to be true is much simpler: "Sugar calories promote fat storage and hunger," the write. "Fat calories induce fullness or satiation." For every additional 150 calories in sugar (i.e., a can of soda) a person consumes per day, the risk for diabetes rises 11-fold, regardless of how much or little we exercise. The single most effective thing people can do for their weight, they write, is to restrict calories – and even more, restrict carbohydrates.

SINGAPORE - By the end of this year, students in all schools - from primary schools to junior colleges - will be involved in the daily cleaning of their school environment.
The move is introduced to inculcate in students good habits such as a sense of responsibility and care, said the Ministry of Education (MOE) on Thursday (Feb 25).
Cleaning can be carried out at various periods of the school day, such as before the first lesson, during recess, in between classes, or just before dismissal.

Mencegah Kanser:
Buah Mulberi mempunyai mengandungi kandugan antioksidan yang sangat tingi. Antioksidan adalah garis utama pertahanan terhadap radikal bebas, yang membentuk produk sampingan berbahaya dari metabolisme sel dan dapat merosakkan sel yang sihat, menyebabkan mereka bermutasi menjadi kanser. Malah, resveratrol meningkatkan penghasilan oksida nitrat, yang merupakan vasodilator, yang bermaksud bahawa ia melegakan saluran darah dan mengurangkan kemungkinan pembentukan bekuan darah dan masalah jantung berikutnya sepertiserangan jantung. Resveratrol terdapat dalam banyak buah beri seperti mulberi.
